• Social Innovation Hubs Program

Overview

The Social Innovation Hubs program is co-created by Ashoka and Boehringer Ingelheim's Making More Health initiative.

The Social Innovation Projects participating in the program all work towards addressing healthcare and wellbeing across the whole patient continuum of care: from pharmaceutical innovation to prevention and healthcare delivery to tackling access.

The program is comprised of three components:

strategy

Strategy Phase

During the Strategy Phase, with support from Thought Partners from the Ashoka and Boehringer Ingelheim networks, the Social Innovation Project leaders analyse the problem they are tackling, identify the systems change they are aiming towards, and develop a roadmap, as well as an organisational strategy to achieve it

scoping

Launchpad Phase

In this phase, the Social Innovation Projects scope the aspect of the strategy they want to work on and start experimenting and working on it, with the support of Experimentation Experts from Boehringer Ingelheim.

MMH

Forum
